Parents of a 13-year-old boy have come forward alleging that one of the house dads at the Eagle Ranch Christian program, raped and abused their son repeatedly.

Eagle Ranch, located in Hall County, Ga, is a residential program designed to help children ages 11-15 work through emotional and behavioral issues.

The victim’s parents state that the abuse took place in several locations of the ranch between June 7th, 2021, and October 20th, 2021, and has left their child with mental trauma.

“He’s not the same kid. He has spiraled so out of control,” the victim’s mother told WSBTV.

The lawsuit alleges that the ranch was made aware of the sexual abuse that took place but did not take further action. The ranch, in fact, denied the allegations believing that the “claims are meritless.”

This is not the first accusation made against the ranch. Earlier this year, 3 lawsuits were filed against the ranch for child-on-child sexual abuse. Alleging that the facility did not properly protect or act on instances of this form of abuse.

The ranch responded similarly; stating that the claims are “meritless” as they have provided a safe space for thousands of children for 40 years.

Due to the ages of the victims, their identities will remain anonymous.
